This can be a tough time of year. If you need a little help getting through the lingering holiday blues or are looking for some hope in the new year, consider trying out the GriefShare group thats starting up on Saturday Jan. 6th at 8:30am at Mueller Memorial in White Bear Lake.
If you’re not sure you’d be comfortable, ask a friend or family member to join you for the first session. If you like it, you can come back the next week. If it’s not a fit for you, you’re under no obligation to come to all the sessions.
GriefShare is a faith-based support group that meets weekly. You’ll find it a warm, caring environment, and you will come to see your group as an oasis on your long journey through grief. There are three key parts to your GriefShare experience:
Encouraging, information-packed videos featuring leading grief recovery experts.
Small-group discussion about the weekly video content.
Journaling and personal study exercises that reinforce the weekly session topics.
One-time $20 workbook fee covers all 13 sessions. Call today to sign up: 651-429-4944.
